You can feel it in certain things... a door that closes with a satisfying weight, a tool worn smooth in the right places, software that seems to have been waiting for you. Somebody loved that thing into existence, and the love is still in it.

We are a studio small enough to hold everything we make, and we hold all of it the same way: the flagship and the throwaway script, the launch page and the error message nobody should ever see. Attention that close, kept up that long, has no more honest name than love.
A thing made with care makes a little more room for the person who uses it, and room, once given, tends to get passed along. That is the whole ambition here: to spread love through what we build, one well-made thing at a time.
